About Bugfixers

Bugfixers Web and Digital Solutions started in 2014 with two developers, one rented room in Rajeev Nagar, and a straightforward observation: businesses in Bihar were being sold websites that did not work, by people who disappeared afterwards.

What we do

We design and build websites, mobile applications and business software, and we run the SEO that gets them found. We also licence a range of management systems — CRM, school ERP, hospital, dental, coaching institute, retail POS — to organisations that need working software next week rather than next quarter.

How we work

Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed price. Nothing begins until you approve it. You get a staging link throughout the build, the source code at handover, and a named person to call afterwards.

Where we work

Our office is in Patna and our clients are spread across all 38 districts of Bihar, along with a handful in Jharkhand, Delhi and abroad. Distance has never changed our pricing.

Who you will deal with

The person who quotes your project is the person who builds it. There is no account manager layer, and no call centre. If you visit the office, you will meet the team working on your site.
